I canceled this service contract, since I returned the item. Despite two letters, several phone calls, and a 30-day refund window under State law, I have yet to receive a credit. Their representatives have given me no less than three different "refund procedures" and two alternate PO boxes. Amazon wants nothing to do with them as far as refunds go - they just sell the plan. However, since Amazon billed the credit card, I've asked the bank to deal with it. I wonder if N.E.W.'s product service, should you ever need it, is on a par. ... Read more
