Palm computers manage a variety of useful tasks
The 3Com PalmPilots manage a huge variety of business and personal tasks. Using a simple graphic interface incorporating handwriting recognition, the PalmPilot Professional comes ready to work with a calendar/datebook (with alarms and the ability to handle repeating tasks), address book, to-do list, notepad and calculator. you people need to realize that this is a Memory Stick PRO, and not
just the ordinary kind. All memory stick pros won't work on your old cameras, so don't review this stick as bad just because you didn't notice that

It would get 5 stars if less expensive
I have both this stick and SanDisk's 256 MB Pro. For the money the SanDisk is a better deal. If you have a camera that is compatible with a Pro stick I highly recommend getting the SanDisk 256 or 512 Pro sticks.

this stick is good but has its drawbacks
I don't really use my memory stick for anything else than taking pictures with my sony DSC-V1. Maybe thats why I don't have any problems with mp3 and so on. Anyway, the memory stick works fine with me, and downloads pretty fast onto my computer. but there is quite a delay with the 3-burst setting since the memory stick takes about 6 seconds to load the pictures onto itself after the initial exposure. But I guess this is because I'm shooting with 5 megapixels.

My main problem is that in my school I have a memory stick adapter with a slot for sony memory sticks. it works with the purple sony memory sticks, but somehow it doesn't with mine. wierd huh? I tried it on two of the same adapters but to no different effect. I find this quite depressing in an age where technology is supposed to be getting better and more adaptable.

But otherwise, my memory stick is just fine.

To all you people out there who are looking at this review: My advice to you is to buy the purple sticks from sony, not the pro memory sticks from san disk. The choice is yours, and i hope you will make the right one.

What a disapointment! I got it because it was suppose to be faster to download. Its not compatable with my HP photosmart printer. I'm returning it for the non-pro!

 Its ok, but I am sure there is something better

											Bought this to go with my Zire 31.The case fits well - although the cover itself is just a flap - no closure.For carrying around in an outside pocket on my purse its ok. If it were just another piece of floatsam in my suitcase of a purse, I can't imagine it would do much good.Its a little difficult to get the stylus out of the back when the Zire is in the case, but not impossible.

The stylus is cool - a blackpen, an orange pen, a pencil and stylus all in one.It took me a few minutes to figure out exactly how to switch from one to another - but I managed.The screen protectors are ok - nothing spectacular.Don't follow the lines printed on the screen cover when you trim them to fit your PDA - the lines for my Zire 31 are a bit small.

All in all, this is ok - but I think next time I will try to find a better case.I would advise any PDA noobs to buy the PDA, take it with you to a store that sells cases and pick one out from there.

Same product at PFO22?
I think that this is the same product (other than some ink on the outside box) as the PFO22 model, which currently has many more reviewer comments. You may want to just refer to some of them.

Intallation seemed fine, the product works okay but not great. It doesn't handle rotaries all that well, since everything is a right hand turn on a rotary. (Web based directions aren't very helpful for rotaries either, which is why I got this item.)

After reading one very negative review for the item, I decided to get the PFD22 instead of the PFO22, so that if it didn't work, I could return it knowing that I had definitely bought the correct item. With what comes in the box, I still don't think there is any difference between the items. (For instance, the software asks you to identify which machine brand is being used to run it.)

The PKO38 model is cheaper, and may be more useful, as it doesn't use up your CF slot. Since the maps require some memory, that CF slot may come in handy. Unless you really want to use the device as a handheld, away from your car and a power source, that model may be better. This one is just a bit "neater", since you can carry it around with you running it off of the PDA power, but if your main goal is to use it in a car, that won't matter too much.

I doubt the device is as good as the stand-alone machines, or those now coming already installed in cars, and I debated between 3 and 4 stars. The cost is so much less than those other systems that I went with 4.

Horrible company, horrible product
I have never dealt with such a bad company. I deal with electronics companies daily, but this one takes the cake. I bought the PFD22 from a direct distributor and got the product, with outdated software that would not work on my Axim, OR my WinXP machine. They said I had to pay additional money for the updated software on CD that I just paid for the previous day. I would never EVER recommend this product to anyone. Just what it says
This is a great card adapter. The user who thought it would convert an xD card to a Compact Flash was misinformed and their rating should be held against this product. This card allows you to put your xD or SmartMedia memory card into your PCMCIA-equipped laptop to transfer pictures, etc. It works great and is highly recommended for the price. A rock-solid product in my opinion.
