5-0 out of 5 stars Great Product--Exceeded My Expectations
This power supply will run my equipment for 21 minutes, more than long enough for me to switch to a back up generator. If I ignore the power outage, it automatically backs up files. In addition, it will kick in for low and high voltage conditions, and bridges those annonying one and two second outages that cause reboots. All in all, it is a real convenience.

And the alarm CAN be controlled. It can be shut off entirely. It can also be set to remain silent when the PC is off or hibernating. It can also be set to remain silent between a given hour and another given hour.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great product with one key flaw
Mostly, this is great. You get a reasonably powerful backup system, software control, and even a nice power strip. With its 500VA rating, you'll have plenty of power to ride out a short outage, and plenty of time to safely shut down in a longer outage. It's easy to set up and works great.

OK, here is the key flaw. This unit is advertised as being a great item for home or home-office computers. Problem: Its alarm starts to beep - quite loudly - ANY time the power goes out. I find this really inappropriate for a piece of electronics. My power is reasonably reliable, but like most people, we have occasional outages. In fact, my local utility likes to service the lines in the middle of the night.

Do I really need a loud beeper to wake up the family every time we have a 10 minute outage at 3am?

APC really needs to add a control to deactivate or otherwise control the alarm. ... Read more

In the car, on a plane, at lunch, or in the library, you'll always be ready to listen to favorite music and movies with a companion using Monster Cable's trusty iSplitter minijack "Y" adapter. The device features a single male .125-inch stereo analog jack that splits its signal to feed two female .125-inch stereo analog outputs suitable for two sets of headphones or, if you want, a single headphone as well as a stereo minijack interconnect (not included) for passing audio to your PC or other device.

Specially designed to accommodate Apple iPods, iBooks, and Powerbooks, the durable adapter is gold-plated at both ends for maximal signal conductivity and minimal susceptibility to audio-degrading corrosion. And it's every bit as easy to use as it looks: just plug the male end of the iSplitter into the headphone jack on your iPod, iBook, Powerbook, or other entertainment device, then plug your headphones into the other end, and hit "play."

5-0 out of 5 stars Simple solution with great design/aesthetics
OK, this is a splitter. You can buy a cheap one anywhere but this one is well-made. The design matches the iPod well but it's functional as well. The black circle is a rubberized material with ridges that provide a good place to hold the splitter while you plug or unplug headphones. It works great.

I bought the splitter to use with a laptop playing DVD's while on vacation so that my wife and I could both listen with headphones (extremely important not to wake kids, especially while trying to enjoy a quiet moment on vacation). It works well on the plane too where you must use headphones to not disturb other passengers.

5-0 out of 5 stars SWEET!!!!
This thing is sweet, it works great to play your ipod through your stereo!!!

1-0 out of 5 stars IPOD RETURN POLICY is sorta SHORT!!
Okay. Here is a write up, that I did, on the comparisons/contrasts on MP3 players. Mainly, the Harddrive versions (I.E. Rio Riot/Apple IPOD -both of which I own) and the flash memory type... (I.E. Memorex 3642 Mp3 Player, of which I own as well).
What prompted this little jaunt (of which you may send to as many people as you like) My $499 Apple IPOD died during a sync last month. Just me copying files over to it, and the battery ran out of juice. I would have not attempted to copy music had I known the battery was low, but the battery read FULL STRENGTH. Anyhoo, I called Apple, they said return it for maintenance.

    I did. Sent it back.

    They returned it, still broke.

To my suprise, there is only a TEN DAY return policy.

    TEN DAYS.

I did not realize this at all... and it was a costly realization.

So, after a month or so of messing around trying to find another MP3 player... I decided to go with a flash memory MP3 player, the ones that use memory sticks.

SO, here are the pro and cons of these devices.

Pro's for the Memory Stick Mp3 players

-Cheaper. WAY CHEAPER than Hard drive types.

-If you go into music match and file convert to MP3 Pro and shrink the size of your MP3 to like, say 3o percent... you can really make a good Kompression. Example. My Memorex MP3 player has 32mbs of memory on board. It is expandable to 256mb. 32 mb will basically let you put one cd's worth of music. It is easy to put music on and off of them, due to your computer reading the USB as just another hard drive, so you drag and drop to put on, delete them to take them off. But, after you shrink your files to MP3 Pro 30 percent, you can put twice as many. So, basically a 256mb chip will allow me to put 208 songs on my little less than palm size MP3 player. And it wieghs like 3 ounces.

    - More on memory. These little chips are the size of the upper part of your thumb, at least my thumb anyway. They come in 128mb, 256mb, 512mb and even though there aren't any MP3 machines out there to handle them YET, you can even buy a 1.5gig thumb size chip thingy. Considering the size of the chips and the shrinking kompression I told you about earlier, I could shrink my whole KOLLEKTION down to 10 of those 1.5gig chips. At the current shrink rate I am at 5 DVD's, which are way bigger and more fragile than these little chips.

    - Not as fragile as hard drive type. You can drop one of these chips and not scratch it. I wouldn't stomp on one with my foot, nor get one in water, but they are encased in plastic. Ruggedish.

    - Batteries last for like two days. There isn't much going on here, no moving parts, no laser or hard drive to put power to. Most of these flash Memory types have a single AA battery. I use a rechargeable type, so we are talking very low cost here.
In comparison to the hard drive types, where you will get a solid 8 hours of playing, this really whupps up.

    - Size. Small. Very small. Mine is three inches by three inches. A square. But, you can get smaller ones. And the memory chips that go in them are the same ones you use for your camera. And you can put files on them. If you want to put a word doc on your memory chip, you can. Your Mp3 won't recognize it, but it is nifty storage.

    COMPARISON/CONTRAST

    - Size does matter. In the case of hard drive Mp3 players... lets face it, you can, if you so chose to, put a library of congress on these monsters. They are the caddilacs of the hand held devices, and guzzle batteries like gasoline. But when it comes down to it, size is the only thing they have going for them. I don't mean to downplay the hard drive types, but don't drop them, don't shake them, and after shelling out $499 to Apple you might consider insurance. Apple doesn't care about you or your apple after 10 days of ownership.

    - Price/Komparison. IPOD ran me $499 bucks. My memorex MP3 player ran me 45 dollars. The 128 memory chip runs you 50 bucks. Owch. There really isn't a comparison to the two. The memory stick Mp3 players just kick butt on this issue. And, you get MORE than a ten day return policy, since you buy these things at Target/Wal Mart etc...

So, that is my review in a nutshell
    *************************************

Not completely sure why I am getting such a roasting on this review. I am only reporting what happened to me, and how I bought another product and compared the two.... I am not trying to change anyones mind, but letting someone know what happened to me.

5-0 out of 5 stars not just for the ipod!
This is a simple minijack splitter that takes one female 3.5mm stereo minijack and turns it into two! Wallah! You can use this anywhere a headphone jack exists. Use it on your laptop computer, your discman, walkman, mp3 player, even the soundcard on your pc - it doesnt matter it's just a splitter.

In typical monster style the splitter is made of the highest possible quality and offers excelent performance. It's also stylish, although it is made to fit with the iPod/iBook design scheme.

Bottom line, this type of splitter is ideal for gadget finatics and people who travel a lot and like to bring along thier music (unless you dont ever have the need to share). With this you can allow two pairs of headphones to be plugged into one discman, laptop, mp3 player, etc.

If you've ever wished you and your friend could both plug your headphone into your laptop so you could BOTH watch (and hear) a DVD on a bus trip this is the solution.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great.
This is ideal for the new iPOD you want to share with a friend. As usual, the sound quality on the Monster product is superior. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars The shielding makes a difference
I am using this cable between my Delphi XM Radio home adapter and a high end stereo system. The out-of-the box cable that came with the adapter was the usual cheap, unshielded thin cable that comes with most electronics today. This cable caused a loud hum in my system. The shielded Monster cable removed the hum completely and worked very well with my high end system. Having a high end system, I know that cables can also make an audible difference in sound quality; however they only make a difference if the system is revealing enough to let these nuances flow all the way to the speakers. Typically such systems cost several thousand dollars. Let your ears be the judge.

5-0 out of 5 stars Wish Cable Length Ten (10) Feet NOT a mere seven (7) Feet
This is for owners' of Klipsch ProMedia 5.1 Speakers, including the New Klipsch ProMedia Ultra 5.1 Speakers.
I assume of course you already own the Klipsch DD-5.1 Digital Decoder PreAmplifier for these speakers.
The Price has dropped from $170.00 for the Klipsch DD-5.1 Digital Decoder PreAmplifier,
to a much lower price of $100.00 for the Klipsch DD-5.1 Digital Decoder PreAmplifier,
as of the date December 13, 2003.
Purchase three (3) of the Monster Cable iCable for iPod, for each set of the Klipsch Speakers and the matching Klipsch DD-5.1 Digital Decoder PreAmplifier.
Your ears will not have to contend with,
the three (3) poor quality Klipsch Y-Adapters which are supplied with your Klipsch DD-5.1 Digital Decoder PreAmplifier,
and the three (3) poor quality Klipsch cables which are supplied with your Klipsch ProMedia Speakers.
A total of six (6), *** POOR *** Klipsch Cables.
The three cables go / route from the back of the Klipsch ProMedia Powered Subwoofer to the back of the Klipsch DD-5.1 Digital Decoder PreAmplifier.
The Monster Cable iCable for iPod's only limitation is the short seven (7) foot length.
You must place the Klipsch ProMedia Powered Subwoofer within seven (7) feet of the Klipsch DD-5.1 Digital Decoder PreAmplifier.
Sure the cost is a very expensive $90.00 for three of these Monster Cable iCable for iPod,
but once purchased and hooked up,
you know the sound signal is being transmitted via a quality single cable,
rather than having the sound signal being transmitted via a cheap cable with an additional cheap Y-adapter added / joined.
!!! NO MORE two seperate cheap cables, &
!!! NO MORE two seperate cheap cables which MAY disconnect from each other.
One single cable is always better than two,
    PLUS
QUALITY is what you are paying for.
NOTE: Monster Cable iCable for iPod has a 1/8" Mini Jack on one end which is the correct size required for use by the Klipsch ProMedia 5.1 speakers and Klipsch ProMedia Ultra 5.1 speakers.

1-0 out of 5 stars Don't pay for style over substance!
Monster makes good cables and often has products other people don't have, but this isn't the case here. This is a very common cable available in your choice of lengths from stereo and electronic stores. I have an iPod and a Bose home theater system and get perfect sound from the 6-foot, $6 version from Radio Shack. All you need is a stereo mini-plug on one end (plugs into the top of the iPod) and RCA red and white stereo jacks on the other (plug into the "input" jacks on your stereo).

1-0 out of 5 stars Common sense
Ok guys, personal disclosure: I'm an audio engineer and a classical musician. My life revolves around fussing over the most minute details of music, whether listening to it or making it. These cables are STUPID. When I was a kid, I remember buying these from the loser sales-people at Hi-Fi Buys. It's the same old line, "You spend how much on your system, and you're going to waste it all with $5 Radio Shack cables?" It's BS! Here's the line profesional musicians and engineers fall back on, "If it sounds good, it is good."

Technical note: if you really wanted high quality cables, you'd have to use 3-pin balanced cables operating at +4dbu. All consumer equipment is 2-pin, unbalanced and operates at -10. So you can buy gold cables (hell, why not platinum, or - DIAMOND, yes DIAMOND cables!), dip them in expensive chocolate, and do a rain dance and it's going to sound just the same.

2-0 out of 5 stars it really depends on what sort of music you listen to
There's a schism here between people who think the cable is worth the extra money for the sound fidelity it affords, and those who feel ripped off because they can get basically the same thing at Radioshack for $5.

To be honest, it all depends on what sort of music you listen to. I love the Sex Pistols, Nirvana, Spoon, Joy Division, Pixies, Dead Kennedys. And guess what? High fidelity cables aren't going to make a 128 kbps MP3 of "Smells Like Teen Spirit" sound any prettier.

However, if the bulk of your iPod collection is classical or vocal music ripped as larger 192 plus files, then these cables DO make a difference. If you like showtunes, Bette Midler, Clay Aiken, or Andrea Botticelli, sure, I think you'll hear a difference. But who cares? You're an @$%hole anyway. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Does It REALLY REALLY matter!
I gave it 5 stars because I don't own it an wanted to be fair, but I do own cabletogo 2m dvi cable and it's a spectacular picture I have on my toshiba 30hf83 30" hdtv which is slightly better than the component I had hooked up earlier. My point is the cabletogo I believe is under $15dls and has a higher data transmission rate which I believe is above 9mbps dual link and the monster above 5mbps,so it's just something to think about, why waste $99dls.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Cable but I cannot use it now!!
I have a fairly new HDTV system I bought back in January. I have a JVC 56" rear projection HDTV and am getting my HDTV source from Insight Cable through a Motorola HDTV receiver. I experimented with component video connections when I first bought the TV but later tried the Monster Cable DVI400. Wow what a difference! DVI is the ONLY way to hook up HDTV in my opinion. The colors are brighter and pictures are sharper. Like all Monster Cable products this is made of very high quality materials and it looks nice too. I cannot believe some of the notes I have seen on the internet from people that feel the component video connection is better. The quality of the DVI connection is so superior that my cable company has decided to turn off the DVI output on my cable box. They claim the quality is so good that pirates could make copies of movies through the connection! They claim that this is a new FCC law even!

2-0 out of 5 stars does it really matter?
it is a cable for transferring digital signal... in the digital world, the smallest bit of information is either 0 or 1. in terms of electricity, it is like, either 0 volt or 5 volt. So unless the cable is so lousy that the device cannot tell 0 volt from 5 volt, in which case a gold or platinum plated digital cable is not going to do any good. it either works or doesn't work. there is no "in between".

this is similar to DTV or HDTV -- either you get the picture or you don't. If you do, it is going to be prestine. If you don't, then there is no picture at all. Note that in this case, the analog (non-digital) portion of equipment still makes a difference, such as the antenna or the speaker cable that is non-digital.

so a [$$$$$] DVI cable shouldn't make any difference than a [$$] one.

4-0 out of 5 stars Diminishing returns?
I bought this MonsterCable DVI cable to connect my DVD player to my new HD TV. I was certainly impressed with the image quality and the sturdiness of the cable, though honestly I found the connector pins a bit finicky.
Soon my HD system grew and I needed a way to better utilize the Sony TV's single DVI input, so I bought a very nice Geffen 4 port remote controlled DVI switch. It came packaged with 4 rather generic 6' DVI cables, which I used to connect the components to the switch, saving the MonsterCable for the switch's output to the TV.
The result was great in all cases. That's when the scientist in me took over. I started swapping cables like mad, and asking any poor soul who happened to be around to identify the best picture. The result? No one, myself included, could discern the least little difference in image quality from cable to cable.
Being that the generic DVI cable is one fourth (!) the price of the brand name, obvious questions about diminishing returns are raised. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great (llow cost) UPS
I bought 5 of these for the computers in the house. I would have got better ones but the house has an auto generator so all I need is about 30 seconds of power. I noticed in another review the person saying there unit was going of and on battery mode even when the power was still on... To my understanding this unit detects (dirty power) and when it detects it, it will then stop accepting ac power. I think the software it comes with allows you to turn the feature off or even turn the sensitivity up.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good second unit
I bought one of these 10 months ago for my daughter's eMac. It has functioned well despite many power 'blinks' and short outages due to thunderstorms and such. I have a larger APS unit on our cable modem and wireless base station-equipped main home computer. It provides the main backup and surge protection to our home computing systems. The BE350U would be a bad choice for a larger machine or a modem-using computer but for our sort of secondary computer situation it has worked well. The shutdown software kicks in when needed and we have never lost any files as a result.

2-0 out of 5 stars Beware!
If you have a cable modem for broadband connection to the internet, your unit will not be covered by the APS warranty on this device. Lightning hit near our house and the motherboard plus router got fried. The cable modem stayed intact and we filed a claim with APS. They denied it saying backend surges through the cable may have caused the damage (even though the modem wasn't hurt?).

1-0 out of 5 stars went belly-up after one month
After one month of use, it now randomly beeps and randomly kicks the power off (you can hear the relay inside the unit going up and down). Doesn't matter if anything is plugged in or not.

Another notable: the on-off switch on the unit does NOT turn off the 3 outlets that are surge protected. Most computer equipment now are vampires (draw power even when turned off). I personally prefer to cut the power to my computer equipment when not in use.

Have had better luck with other APC products. ... Read more

    3-0 out of 5 stars Solid unit...with a catch
I have owned one of these UPS's for about 3 years. Earlier this year the alarms went off indicating that the battery needed replacement. I thought that was odd considering the age of the unit. No problem though, I'll just log onto APC's website and order a replacement battery. Wasn't I surprised to see that APC indicates that this model doesn't have a replacable battery. This didn't make much sense to me since the unit has an access door to the battery compartment.

Well, I removed the battery and found a web vendor that had a replacement for $18. It is a very common 12volt cell and was available from several vendors. The unit is back up and working well again.

I have experienced several black-outs in the past few years and this UPS can keep my CPU, 19" monitor, cable modem & network switch operable for enough time to save any work in progress and shut down my system.

In closing, it is a well designed unit with adequate power for most home or small office systems. But I was a little put off by the short life of the original battery and incorrect replacement information listed by APC.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great unit!
This unit is my 2ed UPS made by APC. I out grew the other and decided on this unit. The USB connection is what sold me on this as I leave my computer on most of the day. It did shut down (using the included software) during a test I ran and the software as gives you a battery charge state. A must have if you are in an area that has frequent power problems. With the built in surge protection, you can't go wrong.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Part for your home audio system
This is a great part of your home audio system should you decide to hook your computer or other device with a minijack plug in to it. A good long cable (other lengths are sold both in a M HP-10 and in the THX series). If you are unsatisfied with your current speakers, and have a good hifi system, but lack the digital connections such as S/PDIF out or Optical on your system, this is the way to go.

5-0 out of 5 stars Well worth the $$$
I previously had tried to connect my PC sound card to my stereo receiver in order to play my MP3's on a real system and not my subpar computer speakers...but the sound I got from those cables, was absolutely horrendous. I quickly did more research and discovered Monster Cable's 20' minijack-to-RCA cable (perfect since my PC and stereo are on opposite sides of my room, I still have cable length to spare) and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality sound reproduction. Of course, the sound coming out of your stereo will depend on the quality of that component itself, but with Monster Cable's dual cable and single length (no extension cords to cause dissipation of the sound signal) you too will want to get this equipment...Especially, if you're an audiophile and listen to MP3's all the time, like me.

5-0 out of 5 stars Not sure if it's worth the money? Read on.
If you're like me, you are probably wondering if these little cables are actually worth the money. I was using cheap thin wired connections before, and my receiver would have LOTS of background noise and buzzing, so I thought I'd go ahead and give these things a shot. Afterall, I listen to MP3's all the time on my computer through my high end receiver. I'll tell you what, these things work great, and are worth the extra money. Now keep in mind, I'm an audiophile who is very picky about sounds. So for the casual listener who doesn't mind occasional background hissing or lack of crystal clear sound transfer from your computer to your receiver, you might be able to find a cheaper connection. But once again, I think the extra $$ is well worth it and I HIGHLY recomend these. Your only concern here is an economical one. As far as the product is concerned, these things are top notch. Get the 20 feet if you have to go across the a long wall or room to connect your computer to the receiver, otherwise the 10 ft should suffice.

5-0 out of 5 stars Quality cable.
I was suprised that this item was as expensive as it was. However, I decided to buy it because a bad connection can make high-quality components sound bad. I was very impressed with this cable. The gold-plated male connector makes a solid connection to the computer input. The wires are massive and the RCA-stereo connectors are well-shielded, gold-plated and sturdy. This was a very good investment. I recommend it for anyone trying to connect a tape player or other device to their computer. It's a must have for people burning CD's of the LP or tape collection.

4-0 out of 5 stars Monster Cable Minijack to RCA
This is a great product and has been very helpful. While the price is a little higher than what I would like to see, I probably wouldn't hesitate to buy another one if I needed it. I have used this cable to connect my TV and computer to my stereo system. Great for parties when you want your MP3's heard on the real stereo system! ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Poor image quality
I agree with the person who says there are no instructions and poor image quality. I wonder if they gave us a mini jack like games systems use if it would work better on TVs that have the 3 jacks on the front. Games systems get good image quality so why is this so bad... No info on this from Monster. Looks like a very good product but I will return it unfortunately. I did discover though that I can use a stereo jack with R-L on one end and a mini jack on the ibook end to give me audio speakers on any TV or Stereo for my iTunes, and audio for a DVD that I am playing but I don't need to spend this much money to get that. If the image were good I would keep it. I would rather show my slide shows from the computer. The image was very bad...

1-0 out of 5 stars Simply doesnt work
I was anxious to buy this product so I could finally connect my PowerBook to a TV. The cable is well constructed, of obvious high quality, and came nicely packaged. The advertising for the product makes it seem simple: Just hook up the cables and you instantly get a high quality image from your PowerBook on your television. Unfortunately, it just doesnt work as promised. After multiple attempts I have never been able to get the product to work properly.

The package contains no documentation or information on connecting the cables or troubleshooting. Connection seems easy enough but the RCA jacks that go to the TV are poorly labeled and with more than a dozen possible places for them to connect on the back of the TV it isnt clear where they go. I was eventually able to make the right connections but the quality of the final image was poor and didnt fit on the screen properly. I was able to manipulate some settings on the computer to improve the image but the final image was never acceptable.

I wish Monster would provide better documentation with this product or on their website (I have searched the website several times). I would suggest against purchasing this product. I think Monster charges much too high a price for a product that produces such a poor final result.

5-0 out of 5 stars Multi-Purpose cables - not only for PowerBooks
Monster cable has constructed a cool product. The Black and White color theme makes it look like a very classy and expensive product made for video/audiophiles. I was surprised to find not only nice packaging, but a nice product.

First of you will notice the bright white color for the RCA and S-Video jacks. These are set against the Black nylon-like mesh jacket. This is strong and definitely sturdy. It wraps all the cables in one round tube to keep the wire orgainzed.

Next you will find the gold-plated tips and color-coded and labeled jacks which are standard features.

What's great about this product is that it is 10-feet long, which I find to be the perfect length without losing signal degradation. Compare this with other Monster cable products which are shorter and longer - and of course more expensive. This is a good multi-purpose product that should not be targeted for PowerBooks only.

I have an Apple PBG4, but I actually use this more on my PC for my editing purpose. Just connect the S-video on each end. Then the mini-audio jacks to your sound card, while the other end (L and R RCA jacks) to your TV audio IN.

Furthermore, you can use it as an audio out for your portables to connect to your home component. Or why not just use the S-video. It's perfect for bringing around with your laptop, but it can serve as a permanent cable.

Of course, if you want higher grade cables like THX-certified components then you need cables of higher quality which are thicker and (ideally) shorter for less signal loss.

All-in-all, an investment you will not regret. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great charger for Origional Ipod
I just love this charger for my 20G origional Ipod. It looks great, and is super compact which I love. It is intended for the origional Ipod, but there is also an adaptor avalable from another company to use it with the new style. The cord is great, its 10 foot length is extremly compact due to a tight coil. The intelegent charging is a good feature, and the lights on the charger to tell its state are very useful. The charger also looks GREAT compared to others. I reccommend this product 100%.

4-0 out of 5 stars The best Surge Protector I've Ever bought
It is worth the $$$$. I hooked up all my electronics to it. The plugs are held extremely tight, and they will not fall out. The picture on my Monitor is less shaky. Also, the cord on it is extremely long, and the plug is almost flat to the wall. It is also a great deal because it comes with labels for the wires, and locking cable ties. I have bought one for my PC, and TV.

5-0 out of 5 stars Monster does it again! A+
I just bought a new computer and I new if I ever needed a new surge protector, monster would have what I need. This baby has it all. Clearly marked, 3 prong, plugs for the computer, monitor, printer, scanner, modem, speakers and two extras... It also includes phone line protection from impulses and discharges caused from surge pulses (you need this! without this, I've lost two modems from storms 30 minutes away!). It includes a since 8ft long power line which is heavily insolated. Other bonuses include the 1665 joule rating, the 24k gold contact grounded plug, little stickers to mark your cables with and a Monster phone line cable. I also like its attractive look. Most are white and stand out. Since this model is black, it appears a little secluded on my desk. But that's not all. You're backed with a grantee this baby will not fail. If it does, you are covered my Monster's insurance! That's worth 50 bucks alone!

5-0 out of 5 stars This is a must buy if your speaker cord isn't long enough.
If your looking for a longer cord you MUST get this, theres not a drop in quality of sound or anything. When I got my new computer my tower wouldn't fit under my computer desk so I had to set the tower at the side of the desk which turned out perfectly except that the cord for my speakers wouldn't reach the computer and I had to prop the computer on some folded up cardboard to get the cord to reach, but the worst part about that is that I had to reverse my speakers (and you gamers know that, thats not good espicially when your playing a game that depends on sound like Thief or System Shock)but I came here to this site and they had what I needed. Im happy with my setup now that the cord can reach. Well I don't want to take too much space but if your reading this go and get this cord you won't regret it. ... Read more
